How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Can I return tea products if I don't like the taste?

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 14 days and we will do our best to make it right.
